Does Bug-A-Boo stink?

Nope! We don’t use any of the harmful chemicals you’re used to in regular bug sprays and we always want you to smell good!

Are your products natural? Vegan?

Of course! We use only the finest materials and ingredients to create at Soul Bliss. Our products are Paraben Free, Phthalate Free, Chemical Free, Aluminum Free, Alcohol Free, DEET Free, & Toxin Free. In fact, our ingredients are so safe that many can be found in your kitchen or under your bathroom sink! Please note: Almost all of our products are vegan, however, our Elderberry Syrup contains raw honey!

How do I store my products?

All of our products list storage instructions and typically require being kept in a cool, dark place.  Please be mindful of this especially with your whipped body butter as they melt once warm/hot + Elderberry Syrup & Chlorophyll should be refrigerated immediately upon receipt/opening.

Are your products safe for babies, infants, and children?

Our body products are safe for most ages.  Please contact us and your physician with any questions regarding specific products.

How do I order wholesale?

Send us a message with what items you would like to purchase, the quantity, and for what reason/where and we will be in touch shortly.

What is your shipping policy?

Orders typically ship within 3 business days (not including weekends + holidays) but may take up to 10. Please keep in mind that we make all of our products by hand and some have to mature before we can send them to you. You can expect a shipping confirmation email from us once your order goes out. This email is sent to the email you include at checkout so please be sure this is correct if you wish to receive order confirmations.

If a shipment was sent to an incorrectly entered address, the cost to reship is the sole responsibility of the ordering party.

If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately. We will replace any damaged items as long as they are reported with photos within 48 hours of delivery. Damaged shipments will require evidence in order to file a claim with the carrier so please take clear photos of the damage upon receiving (before unpacking).

We ship throughout the United States.

INTERNATIONAL

We do not currently offer international shipping but hope to in the future!

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns on any digestible items (teas, tinctures, and all apothecary) or any other items in our shop and we do not give refunds. If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately. We will replace any damaged items as long as they are reported with photos within 48 hours of delivery. Damaged shipments will require evidence in order to file a claim with the carrier so please take clear photos of the damage upon receiving (before unpacking).

We are not responsible for lost shipments shown as "delivered" in the tracking info but will review on a case-by-case basis and work with you if we so choose.
